No sight, no hearing… And no damn rights either!

In the middle of his life, when he was 30, Torbjörn Svensson developed the degenerative eye disease Retinitis pigmentosa, causing him to gradually lose his vision - in much the same way as he had already lost his hearing. Now he plans to cycle 2,400 km from the Three-Country Cairn in the north to Smygehuk in the south to draw attention to his and other deafblind people’s situation. He flies to Kiruna and sails northward to the Cairn, from where his great biking adventure begins. Part 1 of 4.
